Appeal
The Members of parliament ignored and appal issued by Andhra Pradesh Congress committee president Botcha Satyanarayana to reconsider their decision to join the protest. Clarity lacking
Meanwhile, there was no clarity whether the Congress MLAs would participate in the "rail roko". he MPs said that the onus lay on the legislators to prove their innocence in the wake of the TRS' allegations that they had been bought over by the Chief Minister. Later in the day, three Ministers, J.Geeta Reddy, B, Mariah and D. Sridhar Babu, met Mr. Jana Reddy at his residence and discussed the ‘rail roko' agitation programme. It is understood that they had decided not to jo0in the strike and instead extend support to it. They felt that there was no need for the Ministers to resign from their posts. In other hand most of the t activists are demanding them to resign the posts and offered to contribute in this revolution.
