Natural Methods For Acne
Curing acne using natural methods are affordable because the natural products you use can be easily found and they don't usually cost much. Some examples will be lemons, carrot juice and raw apple vinegars.
Baking soda is an ingredient in the kitchen which is of immense use, at the same time, it can be used on the skin to treat the acne problem. You will need to take about a tablespoon of soda and mix it with water, to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on the pimple and let it dry. You will see a remarkable difference in the state of your pimples. This paste can also be used as a scrub all over your face or body.
Neem has been touted as one of the best herbal remedies for skin treatment. Use any neem based products (soaps, face washes) or take some neem leaves, crush them. Lie on your back and apply it to your face. Let it stay for 30 minutes or so. Then wash off. Cleanse the skin immediately after exercising or strenuous work. Increased movement speeds up oil and sweat production on the skin, making it more prone to bacterial infections in skin pores. Remove it by applying an acne wash or cream to the face and cleansing it thoroughly using a soft, not abrasive, cloth or scrub. A toner is a must for skin care. The skin has an acid mantel on it. This acid mantel protects the skin from harmful bacteria, which can invade pores. An inexpensive toner can be made at home using one part raw apple cider vinegar to nine parts purified water or a special herbal tincture-tea liquid.
Vitamin A is an effective natural remedy for curing acne. Vitamin A is excellent for the skin. It improves skin texture and clears up blemishes. In addition, Vitamin E works great for clearing up pimples. Vitamin E also works great for eliminating acne scars, and preventing wrinkles.
the most irritating and unsightly thing about acne is the pus and impurities that are trapped in the pore. The juice from a raw (green) papaya will help reduce swelling immediately, and prevent the formation of pus. Using the juice, seed, and skin on your face will remove whiteheads and leave your skin clear and beautiful.
Steam your face once or twice a week to help open the pores. Boil water, remove the pot from the stove, drape a towel over your head and hold your face over the pot. Then rinse your face with cold water. (See "Make an Herbal Facial," under Related eHows.)
Before bathing apply a mixture of rose water, honey and tomato pulp on your face and allow it be there for twenty to twenty five minutes before washing it.
