Carnival Pride Deck and Ship Specs

• The Carnival Pride features 12 decks which include shops, restaurants, lounges, 1,062 staterooms and other featured spaces. The ship has a maximum capacity of 2,162 passengers. The ship measures 965 feet long and weighs over 88,000 tons. A crew of 930 maintain and operate the ship with the senior officers hailing from Italy. Although making its home port Baltimore, the ship's registry originates from Panama. The ship made its maiden voyage in 2002 and shares its design with its sister ship, the Carnival Legend.
  
  

Carnival Pride Staterooms

• The Pride's staterooms sit on six of the 12 decks including the first deck, Riveria, and decks four through eight: Main, Upper, Empress, Verandah and Panorama. The ship features six different options of staterooms: Interior, Ocean View, Balcony, Balcony 9A, Suite and Penthouse Suite. All rooms come with either two single beds or one full-size bed. Interior rooms and select suites do not include a view of the ocean unlike the other options. The Suites and both Balcony rooms include sliding glass doors onto an outside ledge with seating. These larger rooms also include an extra chair and more living space inside the cabin. All rooms include a television, shower, bathroom and storage space.
  
  

Carnival Pride Featured Spaces

• The Pride's second floor, the Promenade Deck, features a number of activities such as table games and slots in the Winner's Casino and stage shows in the Taj Mahal Main Lounge. The floor also features nightly dancing in the Starry Night Jazz Club and Beauties Dance Club. The ship offers a wide number of dining and bar options such as a sushi bar, Piazza Cafe, Perfect Game Sports Bar, Florentine Lounge and the Normandie Restaurant all located on the Promenade Deck. The Lido Deck on the ninth floor features Mermaid's Grille Restaurant which offers a pizza bar, salad bar, buffet and a deli. On the tenth floor, the ship offers David's, a restaurant modeled after a fine dining steakhouse. The ship offers an on-board spa and gym which includes steam rooms and saunas for both men and women, a beauty salon, rooms for massage therapy, cardiovascular equipment and free weights.
