Stomach contents are more quickly moved into the small intestine by an increase in peristalsis.
Drinking luke warm water after a meal, or herbal tea, can dilute stomach acids and flush them out.

In the fruit food group found safe are fresh and dried apples along with apple juice and bananas.
As for vegetables one may eat baked potatoes, cabbage, peas, green beans, broccoli, and carrots.
