Debi Pearl is already well known for her child training books such as To Train Up a Child, co-authored with her husband, Michael.
More recently she wrote the smash hit book, Created to Be His Helpmeet, an 'in your face' attack on feminism's anti-biblical philosophy of marriage and the home.
Not afraid to confront controversial issues, Debi boldly proclaimed God's design for a married woman.
Predictably, the book stirred up much praise and much criticism.
Now Debi has taken up her pen (or computer) once again in writing the first of a series of well-researched fiction stories.
The author acknowledges the story takes place in rural Tennessee where they live and centers on printing and distribution of her husband's fabulously successful book Good and Evil.

The present goal is to translate Good and Evil into 100 different languages and 25 are either finished or nearly finished.

Muslim extremists are plotting to stop the printing and distribution of the illustrated story book to the Muslim community.
The hero, Asher, determines to carry on the work of his mentor in getting the Gospel to Arab Muslims via the Arabic translation of the book.
He moves to Tennessee where the story book is published, an obvious reference to No Greater Joy's printing and book distribution work.
Debi includes in her novel healthy herbal remedies and cures that she has learned over the years.
The plot thickens as a secret herbal brew, the means of raising money for the book printing and distribution, is the target of a White Supremacist group who covet the monetary value of the brew for their own purposes.
A hint of future intrigue comes as Asher learns about a major fault line that runs through Yellowstone National Park.
This threatens the entire country with volcanic lava and poisonous ash if it gives way.
The publishing center becomes a haven, not only for Asher, but also Magdalene, a woman who 'accidentally' ends up in the community and experiences the healing love of Christ from other women.
The enemies move closer to their own goals as the Last Publishers continue with their vision, to reach Muslims with the Gospel through the illustrated book.
In her own summary, Debi Pearl concludes, "But at the most unexpected moment it seems that the terrorists win.
