Do you feel at times that there just aren't enough hours in the day for a working mum? Do you feel that you are being pulled in all directions? Working mum's need some de-stressing in their lives.
It's no secret, children completely change your life (for the better) but these days with everyone's hectic schedule and just life in general it can get to the point where you feel like you're going completely crazy.
All working mums and stay at home mums deserve a little 'my time' to allow their minds and bodies to rejuvenate.
One very effective way to do this is when kids and husbands go to bed, grab your little walkman, mediation CD and meditate - clear your mind! I guarantee you will wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start all over again.
Being a working mum and a wife doesn't leave much time for you - you owe it to yourself to do something FOR YOU every once in a while.
Think back and try and remember what it was that you enjoyed doing before children and marriage.
Allow yourself to indulge.
A few suggestions: - Go for a walk - anywhere - Allow yourself to daydream - Listen to your favorite music for a change - Go shopping (for you) ALONE - take your time, sit down and have a cup of coffee in a street side cafe and watch the world go by.
- Go to the movies - Forget the housework for at just one day on the weekend.
- Burn some of your favorite oils in the bathroom, sit back and RELAX These are just a few suggestions, that for some reason, working mums just NEVER get the chance to do but can make a world of difference.
