When giving your husband a thoughtful gift, it is not about how expensive nor how huge the gift is. It's the loving thoughts behind the gift that make it really special. Some thoughtful gift ideas include creating him a collage of all your wonderful memories together or surprising him with his own man cave. - Get a collection of some of your fondest memories together. These items could be pictures from your first date, wedding pictures and pictures from vacations and family functions. Write him a love poem or add sweet love quotes. Organize the photos around your love note and put it into a beautiful frame. He will treasure this thoughtful gift forever.
- Most guys like their own space: a place where he can keep that worn-out armchair he's had since college and a place to watch his favorite sports team play uninterrupted. Create this cave using a spare bedroom in your home or in the basement, if you have one. Deck the room out in his favorite sports team decor. Place a mini fridge in the room stocked with his favorite beer and a microwave oven. Don't forget about the TV! If funds and space allow, place a pool table or Foosball table inside the man cave. He will love you for life for your thoughtful, selfless gift.
- Has your husband been eyeballing and talking about a specific electronic device, but he's putting off purchasing it because of the cost? Work a few extra hours at work, hold a few yard sales on the weekends and cut a few costs around the home to save for it. Once you've saved enough money, purchase it and surprise him with it. He will be so pleased that you were paying attention.
- Surprise him with a weekend trip to see one of his favorite sports teams. Purchase tickets for him and one friend. To save costs, make sure you choose a game that is within a few hours' driving distance so he won't have to fly. Book a hotel room not far from the sports arena and send him off with a full tank of gas and a little spending money.
