How to Use a Hoover SteamVac Ultra
- 1). Remove the Hoover cleaning solution tank from the back of the Hoover SteamVac Ultra. It is in the back of the chassis. There should be a latch for you to unsnap and then pull the back out.
- 2). Take the cleaning solution and mix equal parts of it with hot water, according to the directions on the box. Mix this solution by pouring it into the cleaning solution tank on the Hoover SteamVac Ultra.
- 3). Insert the cleaning solution tank back into the chassis of the SteamVac by putting the bottom of the tank in place first and then sliding the top half of it in. Push until you hear a click which will mean it is in place securely.
- 4). Plug the SteamVac into an outlet.
- 5). Click the handle for the power pedal which will be on the bottom left of the SteamVac. This will turn the unit on.
- 6). Click the handle release which is located on the lower right part of the unit. Now you are ready to begin cleaning.
