Arizona is a state frequented by visitors because of its warm and sunny weather. Summer day temperatures reach the 100s, with lows in the 60s at night. Winter highs are in the 60s, with lows in the 30s. Arizona attracts many different types of tourists, but for those traveling by RV, there are many travel trailer parks available. In the Phoenix area, there are several travel trailer parks, each offering different amenities such as pools, organized games, golf and access to local attractions. - Near Glendale and the Cave Creek Reservoir, Turf Paradise Travel Trailer Park has nearby fishing, golf and swimming options. Moon Valley is in the neighborhood, and Moon Mountain is visible from the park. Golf options include the Bellair Golf Course, Cave Creek and Lookout Mountain. Cave Buttes Dam allows swimming and the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument is popular with tourists. The campground has capable staff manning its operations.

The month of June, when day temperatures hover in the 100s, is the driest month of the year in this area, while August is when the rains fall the heaviest.

There are no side-by-side hookups, but there is room for slide-outs. Sites have patios but no tents are allowed. Maximum site length is 50 feet. A heated pool, spa and shuffleboard are available. This resort has many planned activities, but it has some restrictions on pets. It has a tennis court and a recreation field, and a golf course is nearby. You must be 55 or older to stay in this park.
