It is always recommended that one goes for treatments which do not require swallowing of some pill or capsule.
Nervous disorder treatment are something to do with the mind and one should make use of relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga, breathing exercises to tackle the same.
If you try these methods, you would not only get rid of panic attacks with the first time itself but would also be able to avoid it from happening in the future.
