Bridal Fitness Plans

You have got the ring on your hand, the dress picked out, not it is time to get your body looking the way you want for your wedding day.
All brides want to look their best as the walk down the aisle and it is more than possible to transform your body so you look better than ever.
It is time for your bridal fitness plan, the layout of what you need to do to get the body you want for your big day.
Trust me, I understand, my wedding is in just 2 months and my bridal workout is well underway.
First off, when should you start your exercise plan and diet? Well, your exercise plan should start now! No time to wait, and it should not stop when you say "I do" but continues on as part of your lifestyle.
Your diet is one of the hardest things to get under control, and personally I do not condone quick fix calorie cutting diets.
Instead like exercise, it should start now and start with making positive changes in your diet...
stop eating processed foods, fast foods, fried foods, and junk foods.
Start eating all natural, "clean" foods for fast fat burning results.
Plus get more energy...
we both know how tiring it is to plan a wedding; improve your skin and hair, and improve your lifestyle.
Again, not a diet but a lifestyle you can carry on.
But back to the workout.
There are two important ingredients to fast result workouts.
Strength training and cardio.
Both are important and neither can be neglected.
But the cardio isn't what you think, for best results choose intervals.
Intervals burn fat 5 times as much as steady state cardio...
and it's intense.
Intervals 3-4 times a week is perfect.
Lifting weight is the queen bee of fat burning and possible the most important element of your workout plan..
It increases metabolism, tones and tightens and takes your body to the next level.
I love doing supersets of big total body exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, shoulder presses and even pull-ups.
The bigger the move, the bigger the calorie burn.
The bottom line is that it is a lot easier to get started today then try to drop fat a few weeks before the big day now.
You will be more relaxed and more likely to keep your workouts as part of a lifestyle.
