How to Reset the Remote for the Ezee Start Starter
- 1). Press the "Start" button on the remote to start the vehicle. The engine needs to be running to reset the remote.
- 2). Open the driver side door with the key or use the remote control.
- 3). Get in the vehicle and press the brake pedal. This will reset the remote.
- 1). Press the "Start" button on the remote to start the vehicle.
- 2). Press and hold the "lock" and "unlock" buttons on the remote for 2 to 3 seconds.
- 3). View the parking lights on your vehicle. When the parking lights blink three times, the internal engine timer is set back to zero minutes.
- 1). Insert the key for the vehicle into the ignition. Turn the key to the "On" or "Start" position.
- 2). Press four times on the programming button. The parking lights will then blink four times.
- 3). Press button "1" on the remote to set a new transmitter code.
- 4). Turn the key in the ignition to the "Off" position to exit the programming mode.
