When you searching information on how to increase your vertical jump, you can become overwhelmed with the large amount of information and companies you may fine.

Those main muscles are: your calves, quads, hamstrings, and your core.
Now remember, it is not just adding mass to those muscles, but the ability to add quickness and dexterity, basically just weight lifting those specific areas is not going to work.
