Here are a few great thigh toning exercises for women that you can at home and away from the gym. Not only that, they're actually better than those exercises you do at the gym that waste all your time and get you very little results.

1. Hindu Squats during TV commercials
If you're not familiar with hindu squats, then an easy explanation on what they are is this... they're VERY fast squats that you do without weights... you only use your body. The goal is to do as many squats for a set amount of time... whether you choose to do them non-stop for 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc.
I've noticed with myself and others than 5 minutes get the best results. You can actually measure progress easily too. Your goal is simple... average a minimum of 20 squats per minute. So if you do 5 minutes, you do 100 or more squats. If you can't do that at first, that's fine. Work to that as a goal. Once you get up to that level, you're fat burning will be lightning fast. So pick the amount of minutes you want to do and count your squats. Keep track of that and keep trying to beat that. Work your way up to 5 minutes.
2. For busy women, jump on a mini-trampoline
This is a great exercise that is just not appreciated. Not only does it get results, its SUPER CONVENIENT for busy people. That's the main reason why I use it. Because I can easily get in 40 minutes a day of cardio without it interrupting my schedule.
Having to drive to the gym, do a workout that lasts at least 45 minutes, then drive back... that just takes too much time out of my schedule. I'm sure you're the same. So a lot of times we just end up skipping our workouts. With the mini-trampoline, you can jump on it during your free time... 1-2 minutes at a time. To make it even easier on your time, do it during TV commercials. With about 20 minutes of commercials per hour of TV, you could easily do 20 minutes everyday.
