Getting Rid of Those Man Boobs
How do I know? Well, because I too, was once overweight and afflicted with man boobs.
They are definitely not cool at all, I'm sorry to say.
When you are afflicted with this curse, it feels as though nothing can be done to help you.
You feel hopeless, unattractive and have no self-confidence.
Man Boobs are uncomfortable, unattractive and unwanted.
If you've got man boobs, you know just how embarrassing and damaging to your self-esteem they can be: today we're going to figure out how to get rid of them, ok? But first, let's figure out why you have man boobs.
1.
Hormone fluctuations can cause man boobs (probably because you're an adolescent, i.
e.
teenager) because of puberty , or 2.
Like me, you're overweight and the excess body fat is stored as boobs.
Ok, not let's figure out how you can get rid of you man boobs NATURALLY!! The three most important concepts you need to understand in order to lose those boobs.
Dieting, weight training, and cardiovascular training.
DIETING You NEED to have a clean diet.
Dieting is the most important when it comes to shaping up.
In a nutshell, you need to consume less calories than you consume.
Eat 5-6 small HEALTHY meals.
Eating through out the day raises your metabolism, and as a result you burn more calories.
WEIGHT TRAINING Weight training is very essential to losing fat.
This helps to build lean muscle and burn more calories.
This is a known fact, the more muscle you have the more calories are burned, and in turn more fat burned.
The reason for this is, muscle burns way more calories per pound than fat even while you're doing nothing, so the more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn throughout the day whether you're exercising or not.
So, hit the gym and pump some iron! CARDIO Cardio is key to fat loss.
Not only does it accelerate the fat burning process, but it's very good for you and your heart.
Cardio goes very well after a weight training session, since the most calories can be burned right after a weight training session.
I recommend high intensity rather than slow.
The higher you go the more calories go.
So, do some sprints, go all out on the bike, something to get that heart rate up.
But, do this in intervals of 1 minute on and 2 minutes off.
It's a great workout.
