You will have to list every car that was involved in the accident.
Usually you will need the names, telephone numbers, addresses, license plate numbers, insurance information for the other party, the make and probably the model of the other cars.
Damage to the Car If you have car damage from the accident, your insurer will want to see written estimates on how much it will cost to fix repair it.
Sometimes they will ask you to get a couple of estimates, or have somebody who works with the agency to estimate the damages.
If the insurer offers an amount lower than it takes to fix the car, write down how much money you need and give it to the insurer.

Go see a doctor after the accident and have them send over a report detailing the nature of any physical injuries suffered during the accident.
The insurer may have a specific doctor that they want you to be examined by.
