Next Eleven (N-11)
The Next Eleven, or N-11, is a term first coined by Goldman Sachs in December of 2005 to represent eleven countries that had a high potential of becoming the world’s largest economies. The eleven countries include Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Korea, Turkey and Vietnam.
These countries were selected in addition to Brazil, Russia, India and China (the BRICs), while Goldman Sachs noted that only Mexico and South Korea were likely to rival the BRICs.
