1. OPEN an email window by clicking this link: pregnancy@aboutguide.com.

2. COPY and PASTE the following text into the email window. All text must be included for photo to be accepted for publication:

The following text must be included in the email or your photo will not be used.

I certify that I am the author or sole owner of the material I am submitting to About.com. About.com and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. 3. COMPLETE the required information in your email window, add your photo as an ATTACHMENT (JPG, not zipped files), and SEND the completed email to pregnancy@aboutguide.com. It currently takes awhile to get added and you will be notified if your photo is used. If you do not want your name displayed with your photo, please do not submit your photo.

ATTENTION SPAM BLOCK USERS: Do not write me without ensuring that your mail is capable of accepting mail back from my address.

Your pictures will not be added if I cannot reach you. This frustrates us both. You also need to be sure that all photos are sent as attachments, otherwise the images will not display.
