  Rated "one of the most luxurious brunches in town" by Gayot and "Best Brunch" by the "Las Vegas Review Journal," the Sterling Brunch at Bally's Steakhouse features champagne, sturgeon caviar, sushi, omelets and lobster. Appetizers include fresh smoked nova salmon, seafood on ice including fresh oysters, clams, crab claws and shrimp, buffalo mozzarella and lobster gazpacho. A carving station offers rack of lamb and horseradish-scented pork loin. The lobster, cognac and boursin cheese omelete is available from the "guerridon."
