Cellulite Will Go Away With the Right Diet and Exercise
Yes, it is true that cellulite will go away with exercise and the right diet.
I would like to share with you the diet and exercise program that I used to successfully eliminate the ugly cellulite on my lower body.
I am so happy to be able to wear my bathing suit again without being embarrassed.
What I did is very simple and is perfect for women with busy lives.
It is not time consuming and it is easy to follow.
Let's begin with the diet first.
I changed my diet to include only whole, natural foods with very high nutrient value and eliminated all fast food and processed foods.
The easiest way to stick with this is to immediately clear out your kitchen of all junk food.
We all know that if it is there, you will eat it.
This anti cellulite diet consists of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole grains.
I quit eating animal products, but if this is too drastic for you, wild caught fish, and lean meats are okay.
I also eliminated all dairy.
Once again if it is too drastic for you, stick with the low fat dairy products.
You will find that once you replace processed foods with whole and natural foods, you will quickly start to lose weight; your cellulite will go away; you will have lots more energy and you will have radiant skin.
Eat unlimited raw vegetables, cooked green vegetables, fresh fruits (no dried fruits), beans and legumes.
Limit your nuts (almonds or walnuts are best) to a handful every day.
Limit starchy vegetables (squash, corn, potatoes) to one serving (one cup) a day.
Whole grains (oatmeal) should also be limited to one serving a day.
I also added one tablespoon of ground flax seed a day (great in a bowl of oatmeal).
A typical day of eating may be: Breakfast - a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries, cinnamon, and flaxseed and a banana.
Lunch - A large salad with lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, beets, avocado, peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes with black beans on top.
Cantaloupe for dessert.
Dinner - Stir fry vegetables and beans over rice with a salad.
Fresh pineapple for dessert.
I'm a big fan of snacks.
They include any fresh fruit, cut up vegetables or nuts.
I also had my glass of wine every evening.
My cellulite did go away with this diet and the below exercise program.
I'm sure it will work for you also.
The exercise program that I used is very simple.
It consists of doing twenty minutes of floor exercises - leg lifts and lunges.
I didn't use weights or any other equipment.
These exercises target the muscles underneath the cellulite.
The key is to do the exercises very slowly so you are really working the muscles.
