After leaving Cuendet, for which he had directed the Acquisitiion department for more than 30 years, Ludovico decided together with a group of friends, Andrea Bartalini, Susi Bottai and Saverio Vigni, also experts in the villa rentals business, to start up a new company: Vacavilla.
Currently the Vacavilla website shows more than 220 properties in Tuscany, Amalfi Coast and Veneto. In particular, in the next few days, the Vacavilla team is going to enter some new charming apartments in Venice and in the Florence downtown, but also beautiful villas in the Lucca surroundings and in other Tuscany area. Other locations covered are: Chianti, Mugello, Versilia, Lucca, Maremma countryside and coast. There are also some properties in Liguria (east-coast), and Umbria.
