How to Make Hand Looped Doll Hair From Yarn
- 1). Hold out your non-dominant hand stiffly. Keep the fingers together with your thumb pressed closely to your hand.
- 2). Tuck the end of the yarn under your thumb.
- 3). Loop the yarn around your hand 30 or more times, depending on how thick you would like the hair.
- 4). Snip the end of the yarn still connected to the skein with your scissors.
- 5). Slip the loop of yarn from your hand.
- 6). Cut a length of yarn that is 6-inches long.
- 7). Pull the length of cut yarn through the center of the loop and tie it tightly in a knot. This will keep the loop from unraveling.
- 8). Cut the loop opposite of the knot. This will create free-flowing locks of hair.
