Remove Think Ads

• 1). Press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Escape." The Task Manager will open.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Processes" tab and then click the "Show Processes From All Users" button (located at the bottom of the Task Manager).
  
  
• 3). Right-click on "nsdsregk.exe" and select "End Process." Right-click on "kwinkrex.exe" and select "End Process."
  
  
• 4). Close the Task Manager.
  
  
• 5). Click on the "Start" menu and then click on the "Search Programs and Files" box.
  
  
• 6). Search for and delete each of the following files: (To delete a file, right-click on the file and select "Delete.")
  
  winpfz32.sys
  
  nsdsregk.exe
  
  Think-Adz.lnk
  
  kwinkrex.exe
  
  ExploreUpdSched
  
  

Remove Outerinfo

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu and type "Outerinfo" into the "Search Programs and Files" box.
  
  
• 2). Right-click on the "Outerinfo" file that appears in the "Results List" and select "Properties." Write down the file path next to "Location." For example, "C:\Users\VirusFolder."
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Start" menu and type "cmd" into the "Search Programs and Files" box and press "Enter." The Command Prompt will open.
  
  
• 4). Type "rmdir filepath" (without the quotation marks) into the Command Prompt and press "Enter." Note that "filepath" should be replaced with the file path that you wrote down. For example, "rmdir C:\Users\VirusFolder." Close the Command Prompt.
  
  
• 5). Press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Escape" to open the Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab and then right-click on "Outerinfo" and select "End Process."
