- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 3 large eggs

Preparation
Heat oven to 375°. Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the meal, gflour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, butter, syrup or honey, and eggs. Combine the two mixtures and stir until blended. Spread the batter in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
