Security Lock

• 1). Press the "End" key until the phone turns on.
  
  
• 2). Tap the right softkey. This is the unlock key.
  
  
• 3). Type the unlock code using the keypad.
  
  

Unlock

• 1). Navigate to a webpage that sells cell phone unlock codes. Click on the "Unlock" tab.
  
  
• 2). Enter your phone number into the phone number text field. Click on the provider drop-down menu and select your provider. Enter your email address and click "Unlock" or "Send Code." If necessary, enter credit card information or other contact information. Wait for an email or text message that contains the unlock code.
  
  
• 3). Turn the phone off and on by pressing and holding the "End" key two times. Type "2945#*9701#" and press "Call."
  
  
• 4). Type the code sent via text message or email to unlock the LG cell phone.
