Consistency - The Word That Makes Or Breaks a Work at Home Career
Early on in my work at home career it became evident that one word was going to separate me from the goals that I wanted to achieve.
This one word is also that same word that helps successful people become successful.
This is also the same word that when left out of my day to day work was the reason my projects were left undone.
This one word assists the zero to become a hero, and the nobody to become somebody.
The word is consistency.
In a day of fast food, cable television, and high speed internet, it seems as if anything is possible.
And it's true, but there still is the habit and skill of being consistent on a day to day, hour to hour basis that separates the successful work at home entrepreneur from the unsuccessful.
Talent and ability have nothing to do with success.
In fact the most talented entrepreneur who has not developed the skill of consistency will quickly find their selves "struggling" and jumping from project to project without completion.
The ability to be consistent everyday in just one or two areas of marketing or promotion has proven to be FAR more effective than applying 10 different strategies inconsistently.
For example: If a marketer can write 1 simple yet targeted article per day for 90 days, their marketing efforts will begin to compound and after the 90 day period chances are business will start to consistently trickle in.
