The spine is the most important part from the bones structure.
It has 32 bones, named vertebra.
They cover the second, so called, brain.
This is spinal cord.
The spine is responsible for the whole bone structure usability.
It controls the member's movement, such as running, walking and so on.
It does that along with the brain.
Well, that is the reason why we have to take care of it.
It will take care of us too.
But with all these, we still have back pains.
The back pains can be rheumatic or trauma types.
The most common are rheumatic types.
The reason for that is due to the humidity, wind and cold weather.
The persons which have these pains are vivid landmark for weather forecast.
They are feeling the changes of the weather.
The rheumatic type pains are affecting all kind of joints and bones, parts of the body.
In order to prevent this kind of rheumatic type of pain we have to do some kind of things.
First of all we have to avoid joints and bones exposure to the coldness, humidity and extreme change of weather.
Second we need to maintain the joints and bones health.
We can do this with a healthy nutrition and life style.
The nutrition has to include chondroitin glucosamine, calcium, C vitamin, o lot of omega three, six and nine along with minerals and vitamins.
For a healthy life style, fitness, Pilates, yoga stretch are the most important activities.
Avoid the activities which include heavy weights such as bodybuilding, weight lifting and all kind of activities which include a big muscular effort that put too much pressure on joints and bones.
There is a fastest way to treat the rheumatic back pain or any type of rheumatic pain.
So, during the evening, at home, after a relaxing shower use a heat lotion on the pain area.
You have to do a lightly massage.
After the absorption of the lotion, cover the area with a towel.
Beware; do not use heat lotions on the back neck area.
The lotion has to be anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
