How to Create HTML Forms in OpenOffice

104 11
    • 1). Launch OpenOffice Writer and type out the form that you want to use online. Add different lines for all the information you want in your form by hitting the "_" key multiple times (to use the underscore key, hold "Shift" and hit the "-" key) until you have a long enough line for the information you want on that line.

    • 2). Add the information you want in your form--such as name, address and phone number--until you are satisfied that your form is completed.

    • 3). Click on "File" > "Save as." In the save window that opens, give your file a name and choose where you want it to be saved. Click on the drop-down menu next to "Save as type" and select "HTML Document." Click the "Save" button and OpenOffice will save your HTML form. You have now created an HTML form in OpenOffice.
