Hi, I'm Chef Jennifer Booker, your Georgia-grown Executive Chef and the Owner of Your Resident Gourmet. Today, I'm going to show you how to make rolled oats with peanut butter and cranberries. Here are your ingredients; all purpose flour, sugar, peanut butter, rolled oats, dried cranberries and a fresh egg. This is how you mix it. First things first, we'll add our sugar, add our peanut butter and give those a nice stir.until they're well-combined. Next, we'll add our egg and you want to make sure that everything is nice and creamy before we add our dry ingredients. Okay, ready for some flour and some oats. We'll give it another stir and you can see where everything is combining very nicely. Finally, we'll add some of our dried cranberries and mix until everything is well-combined. Don't forget to scrape your bowl so that all of your ingredients are mixed in. Once that your ingredients are well-combined, then you're going to drop by a tablespoon onto a well-oiled, oiled cookie sheet. You'll bake in the oven at 350 degrees for eight to 10 minutes. Once you're done, you should have your cookies look like this. And these are your rolled oats with peanut butter and cranberries. I'm Chef Jennifer Booker, Your Resident Gourmet.
