Things to Look Out For to Prevent Relationships From Breaking Up
If you keep those in mind, you will hopefully be able to prevent future relationships breaking up.
And avoid the pain next time, or maybe even get your ex back.
One of the signs that the relationship might be coming to an end is a lack of contact.
I'm not just talking about between the sheets here.
A simple thing like not wanting to hold your hand as you stroll through the supermarket is a clue you should look out for.
And of course if the contact in the bedroom dries up you can be sure that if you don't do something about it the end is near.
Just don't get confused between the occasional luls in a relationship and the beginning of the end.
Another example of lack of contact would be not putting their arm around your shoulder while watching a movie.
Or even if they used to be very affectionate but now seem a bit distant.
Be aware of any changes in general behavior from your partner.
If you didn't notice any change and then didn't address the issue your partner may well end up actually being made UNCOMFORTABLE by your touch.
You would most definitely need to have a conversation about it, as there might just be something else going on making them feel like not being touched.
So keep an open mind when talking about it.
Everyone has had occasions when your mind had wondered onto another subject and you didn't notice the signs that you were going to be touched by your loved one.
Then you got a fright when it happened.
Also make sure to not only use touching as a method to initiate sex.
If you only touch them in order to get into the bedroom after a while the infamous headache will be the default response to your touch.
We all feel ill from time to time and this will result in not wanting to be touched.
Make a mental note and observe when it happens and determine if it is only an occasional thing, linked to certain conditions or even part of their normal behavior.
By identifying this you won't think that every little change in your partner's behavior is a sign that they are planning on breaking up with you.
Catching your partner in lies, even if they seem like small and harmless ones, could be a sign of problems too.
After all, if a lie is small and harmless, why tell it in the first place? Where there's one tiny lie, larger and more damaging lies could follow.
Don't become convinced it's a break up right away though.
People lie about many things that aren't bad, like surprise parties and reunions.
Your partner might be trying to keep a harmless and fun secret like that, instead of scheming about a break up.
So if you keep alert to these you should be able to avoid your relationship(s) ending in a break up! Good luck.
