• 1). Open an Internet Explorer browsing window.
  
  
• 2). Find the "Tools" button in the top right-hand corner of the window and click on it.
  
  
• 3). Move the mouse to "Pop-up Blocker" and wait until a new menu with "Pop-up Blocker Settings" appears. Click on it.
  
  
• 4). In the Filter Level section, make sure that "High" is checked. This will ensure that all pop-ups will be blocked.
  
  

Mozilla Firefox

• 1). Open a Firefox browsing window.
  
  
• 2). Click on the Tools menu, then on the Options tab.
  
  
• 3). Click the Content button when all the options appear.
  
  
• 4). Ensure that the "Block pop-up windows" button is checked to have it block all pop-ups.
