How to Sync an iTouch With Two or More Computers

    • 1). Launch iTunes. Connect your iPod Touch to your Windows PC or Mac, using the iPod Touch's docking cable.

    • 2). Click "iPod Touch" in the sidebar of iTunes. Click the "Manually manage music and videos" box. Click "OK" in the pop-up confirmation window to configure your iPod Touch to manual management.

    • 3). Click the "Eject" button next to "iPod Touch." Unplug the docking cable from the computer and plug it into the alternate computer. Launch iTunes on the alternate computer. Click "Store" on the iTunes' menu.

    • 4). Click "Authorize Computer" and enter the iTunes account information used on the iPod Touch. Click "Authorize" and click "File" at the top of iTunes.

    • 5). Click "Transfer Purchases from iPod Touch" and wait for the synchronization process to copy your purchased content to iTunes. Click the "Eject" button next to the iPod Touch to unplug the device from the alternate computer.
