Outdoor Workouts For a Chiseled Body
There is so much to choose from.
You could take a bike ride, or go for a run or hike.
Those are classics that everyone knows.
But I want to show you some much more unique ways to work out outdoors! If you love the feeling of training with heavy weights, well why not bring them outside! Kettlebells are really great for this if you can get your hands on a few.
Grab a pair of dumbbells and go out to the park.
Try a sprint workout with different dumbbell or kettlebell workouts in between sets.
You could really try almost any exercise.
Some of the best ones though, are snatches, clean and presses, shoulder presses and squats.
For all others who do not need to have dumbbells, well you can do bodyweight exercises such as pushups or squats in between the sprints.
I guarantee you will feel amazing after one of these workouts.
Another unique way to get in a great outdoor workout is to use sandbags.
Grab a couple and do some regular exercises with them such as clean and presses, front squats, curls, and more.
The unique and changing shape of them will provide a new challenge.
For those of you who are especially competitive, try out strength lifting.
I'm sure most of you have seen or heard of the strongest man competition.
Well go outside and try some of those types of workouts.
If you can get a large tire, try flipping it, or if you have some spare tree branches, try chopping them.
This will burn a lot of calories and provide great results.
Now, if you do not necessarily train so intensely, but like to keep healthy and fit, try gardening and other yard work.
All the planting, lifting, and pulling weeds will actually burn a lot of calories and, depending on what you are doing, might actually build muscle.
So get out from the stuffiness of your house or gym and take advantage of the great outdoors! Try an outdoor workout and give your body a reason to change!
