The word Reiki is Japanese meaning Universal healing.
It consists laying of hands technology balancing energies in the body to balance hence healing.
It addresses physical, mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances.
Essentially energies flow from the practitioner's body through the palms of the hands to the recipient's body.
When undergoing Reiki healing, one is expected to lie on a massage table, or a flat place.
The atmosphere will be a relaxing one.
Setting the atmosphere is dimmed lights, meditative music or bubbling water fountains.
Other practitioners prefer a silent environment free from distraction.
Experiences involved in the sessions include feeling the hands of the practitioner in places he/she has not touched.
The topic of Reiki music seems to be a myth but those who have experienced it give astonishing tales.
One woman for instance credits Reiki for her being able to catch a plane she had already missed.
Others are tales that cannot be mentioned without holding a session that would allow a discussion to clear the air.
All in all, Reiki music is real and heals but faith is keys.
