Staying Motivated After the Coaching Process Has Ended
Sometimes people may experience lack of motivation because after the coaching process has ended they now realize that they can do it, be it, have it! Sometimes when an individuals realizes all that they can do it may have the reverse effect on them and they may start to feel overwhelmed with your new exciting outlook on life.
Stop and think about all that you deserve.
Focus on the fact that you are doing a lot for yourself when you learn how to motivate yourself and stop to think about all of he hard work that you have put into your coaching process.
This will allow you to have more control over your life.
Life is valuable and you have big goals and dreams to accomplish.
You are a big thinker, and a creative thinker and you have to remember that.
Don't allow yourself not to be motivated because of fear of the unknown.
With or without your coach you have to commit to continuing to look past the feelings of being apprehensive about moving forward and self-doubt.
You have been equipped and empowered to do great things, so believe that you can do them.
If you just stop being motivated after your coaching process has ended then you will never truly know about the great life you can experience.
You will never know the awesome benefits that lie ahead of when you constantly explore new opportunities.
There are some additional things that you can do to keep yourself motivated after your coaching process is over.
The first thing you can do is keep good notes during your coaching sessions.
Write down key points and things that your coach has said to you.
This can be a motivator for later.
You can refer back to those notes when you need that extra push.
Another thing that you can do is before your sessions end talk to your coach and discuss some of the feelings and thoughts that you might have after your sessions have ended.
Then develop a plan for if those feelings and thoughts should arise.
Also before your sessions end it is important to talk to someone and ask them if they would mind being an accountability partner.
This is the person who will be there to support you in your time of need.
You will be able to go to them and they will support you in a non- judgmental way, they will help you feel comforted by lending an open heart, open ear, and an open mind.
This person can be a relative or a close friend.
Motivation is one of the most important keys to long term success so it is important that you always try to figure out what you can do for yourself to keep your self going after your coaching process has ended.
When you can do this you create leverage in your life, because you have the inner strength and power to control your own destiny.
Your coach has been there for you along the coach-client journey as a great source of support, but it is you the client that has great ability within yourself, and once you complete the coaching process you should remember that you have been empowered to do great things.
Just realizing all of the great things that you can do is a motivator as well.
When you have been dedicated and committed to the coaching process you will soon realize that if you continue to stay dedicated and committed great results will follow.
