How to Use Benefiber in Baking
- 1). Select a baking recipe of your choice. Benefiber can be added to a number of baking recipes including breads, cakes, sauces for foods like baked pastas and chicken, or in soft desserts like bread pudding.
- 2). Add three tablespoons of Benefiber to the water in your baking recipe and mix it thoroughly. If your recipe doesn't require water, mix it in with whatever liquid form your baking recipe requires, such as oil or milk.
- 3). Add the liquid Benefiber mixture into your baking recipe as the recipe instructs you to. Benefiber has no taste, so no special alterations need to be made when adding it to your baking. Just insure it is mixed well with the liquid form of your recipe and bake accordingly.
