How to make a Weight Watchers Cheese Sauce
- 1). 1 tbsp flour
1/2 c fat free chicken broth
1/2 c 1% milk
2oz of 2% shredded cheddar cheese
salt AND pepper to taste - 2). in a large size bowl whisk together chicken broth, flour and milk. Microwave for 5 min but stir after each minute to keep from boiling over.
- 3). When thickened add cheese
serving size is 1/3 cup (8pts for whole recipe)
serve over veggies or makes nice addition to baked potato
