- 2). Travel to Dewford Town and get into the water using a Pokemon that possesses the surf ability. Ride the Pokemon as far northwest as possible. You will eventually reach an island with a cave.
- 3). Walk into the cave on this island and examine the sign. After reading the sign, do not move for roughly two minutes. This will cause the cave path to open.
- 4). Walk further into the cave to encounter Regice. Catch it by using your Pokemon's attacks to lower its HP. Once you've eliminated 90% of its HP, start throwing Ultra Balls at it, until it is caught.
