How to Remove a Post Office in Groupwise
- 1). Open the GroupWise application on your computer. Locate the post office object and then right-click on it with your mouse.
- 2). Click on the "Properties" option. Click on the "GroupWise" option and then click on the "Resources" option.
- 3). Right-click on any resource items that belong to the post office object and click on the "Delete" option. Click on the "Yes" option to confirm each resource you delete.
- 4). Delete any items related to your post office object from the "Membership", "Distribution List" and "Libraries" options from the "Groupwise" tab.
- 5). Click on the "Groupwise" tab and then select the "Post Offices" option. Right-click on the post office you want to delete and click on the "Delete" option. Click on the "OK" button to save your changes.
