How to make amazing Crab Stuffed Tilapia
- 1). Ingredients:
1 celery stalk
1 small onion
1/2 red bell pepper
4 T. butter
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 can crab meat
1 T. lemon juice
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
6 Tilapia fillets
6 T. melted butter
paprika - 2). Chop onion, red bell pepper and celery stalk into small pieces, and sauté in butter until tender. Add parsley. Mix well.
- 3). Remove pan from heat and stir in drained and flaked crab meat, bread crumbs, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
- 4). Mix until combined.
- 5). Spread crab mixture equally on each Tilapia fish fillet.
- 6). Roll up fillets and place, seam side down, in greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle melted butter and paprika over each fillet.
- 7). You can either bake this dish in the oven or put pan right on grill.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. - 8). Bake crab stuffed Tilapia for 20 to 25 minutes.
