"Lost" Characters - Where We Left Off
Here is where we left off with our dear Lost characters when season 5 came to an end.
We last saw Richard at the foot statue in 2007. Ben, and a man appearing to be Locke went inside to see Jacob. Ilana's group came to Richard with their crate and asked what was in the shadow of the statue. Richard answered in Latin and they opened the crate and dumped out Locke's body.
Richard, looking just the same, was also with Jack and Sayid in 1977. He hit Eloise over the head so that she would not go with Jack and Sayid to detonate the bomb.More »

•Jack Shephard (Matthew Fox)
In 1977, Jack threw the bomb into the Swan hatch hole, but it didn't detonate. Metal objects were being dragged down into the hole, and Jack was knocked out. When he came to, he went to help get Sawyer off the hole.More »){kind=link}
•Sawyer (Josh Holloway)
In 1977, Sawyer, Kate, and Juliet escaped from the sub and went to stop Jack from detonating the bomb, but Juliet changed her mind and told Sawyer that Jack dropping the bomb was the right thing to do. When he saw that his former security team was headed to the Swan construction site to stop Jack, he went to cover Jack. Jack dropped the bomb and it didn't detonate. Everything metal was pulled down into the hole and when he heard Kate yelling, he ran to see that Juliet was being pulled into the hole because she was caught up in chains and he grabbed onto her. Kate couldn't get the chains untangled and Juliet was pulled down into the hole.More »){kind=link}
•Kate Austen (Evangeline Lilly)
In 1977, Kate escaped from the sub with Sawyer and Juliet to stop Jack from detonating the bomb, but Jack changed her mind. She helped to control the Dharma people while Jack dropped the bomb, but it didn't detonate. When the metal was being dragged into the hole, Kate saw Juliet get dragged in and tried to help her. She called for Sawyer and while he hung on, Kate tried to untangle the chains that were around Juliet, but couldn't, and Juliet was dragged down into the hole.More »){kind=link}
•Sayid Jarrah (Naveen Andrews)
In 1977, Sayid was shot trying to smuggle the bomb out of the Barracks. Hurley drove up in the Dharma van and he and Jack jumped in. Sayid rigged the bomb to explode on impact and gave Jack instructions on what to do. Sayid told Jack he wouldn't be able to stop the bleeding. Sayid and Hurley stayed behind while Jack went to drop the bomb.More »){kind=link}
•Miles Straume (Ken Leung)
In 1977, Miles helped to cover Jack so that he could throw the bomb down the Swan hole. Some scaffolding fell on Pierre Chang's hand and Miles yelled, "Dad!" and ran to get it off.More »){kind=link}

In 1977, Hurley was with Jack's group, but stayed behind with the injured Sayid when the rest went to help Jack get the bomb to the hole.More »){kind=link}
