Latin dance is a term used to describe several dances that originated in Latin America, including mambo, meringue, rumba, cha cha cha, bachata, samba and salsa. Fortunately, you do not have to travel to Latin America to find a Latin dance club. There are three popular Latin Dance clubs located in downtown Denver, Colorado. - La Rumba caters to both advanced and beginner Latin dancers. Advanced dancers can show off their moves on the large dance floor. Beginners can take advantage of the free dance lessons that are offered on Thursdays and Saturdays. Be sure to call before you show up, as different styles of music are played on certain nights.
