Sunburn Treatment - Discover 3 Home Remedies

If your summer involves resting near the water, taking sunbath, enjoying barbecue, in other words, lounging in the sun, you might be familiar with sunburn or at least be aware of it.
However sometimes you get too much excited about the things you are doing.
Or maybe you have fallen asleep on the beach accidentally.
As a result any caution is missing and sunburn is there.
There are 3 effective home remedies to treat the sunburn.
  1. Take 2 glasses of milk and boil.
    Afterwards add 2 tablespoons of oat-flakes and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes.
    When the mess has become cold, strain it and use the liquid for a compress on the areas affected by the sunburn.
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon of wheat meal, 1 tablespoon of sweetened milk and 1 teaspoon of borax.
    Strew the powder on doubled gauze and apply it to the traumatized areas.
    Leave it for 10 minutes and wash the skin with fresh milk.
  3. Cover the injured areas with a cloth moistened with buttermilk.
    When a compress gets warm, repeat the procedure.
    Afterwards dry up the skin and strew it with a potatoes starch.
    If the skin is traumatized, skip the last step.
Although majority of people does not recognize the sunburn as a serious injury, it is.
It can lead up to an inflammation of the skin.
Moreover the ultraviolet radiation arising from the sun damages our skin and can cause premature aging as well as skin cancer.
Therefore - be careful and do not forget about caution.
