Professional Meeting Games for Women

104 195

    Little White Lie

    • Separate the women into equal groups and give them instructions to lie. Each woman receives a piece of paper and pen to write down two things that are true about her and one little white lie. The game is an icebreaker and especially helpful for women who do not know each other. The women sit in a circle and go around reading their two truths and one lie. The group as a whole determines which of the three statements is a lie. After the truth is revealed, the woman can tell the group a little bit about herself. The game goes on until all women have talked.

    Back-To-Back

    • Separate women into groups of two and give each woman a pencil, clipboard and a piece of paper. Instruct the women to stand or sit back-to-back. Tell the women they will take turns verbally communicating with each other, stating different shapes to be drawn on the paper. Set a short time limit, such as one minute, for each woman to communicate her shapes. Once the minute is up, the women switch roles -- one communicates while the other draws. The point of the exercise is communication and interpretation.

    Company Trivia

    • Give each woman a tablet of paper and a pen and inform them about a trivia challenge testing knowledge of the company, or the meeting they're attending. The questions should be semi-difficult so the woman have to think about their answers. Award a small prize to the winner or winners of the game. If you have a large amount of women present, then split them into groups and have the groups each submit once answer.

    Pass the Message

    • Separate the women into two groups and arrange them so they are standing in two straight lines. The meeting leader whispers the same message to both women at the front of the lines. Each woman then whispers the message to the woman behind her (and so on) until the message reaches the last person in line. The last person from each group says the message aloud. The group with the message closest to the original wins.
