The truth of the matter is that most working people would give anything to have more flexible hours and the ability to have more time spent with their families or at least more time spent on things other than working. There were weeks at a time in a good market that I would work straight thru with no time off, because I had to take advantage of the booming market, in order to make enough to put aside for the slower market times. At first when these lulls would come I would work myself into a frenzy trying to create business that wasn't there. After awhile I realized that I needed to just relax during those times and take advantage of the down time by spending it with my family and having some fun. All I had to do was budget my money correctly in order to do this. Once I was able to create this mindset my stress level plummeted in a downward spiral.
After almost thirty years of being in real estate sales I have finally created a way of life that is completely balanced between enjoying my life and making the money I need to reach financial security. I have also added another business asset to my life that I could have done years ago if only I had been more creative. When I started in the real estate business though online businesses of course did not even exist but today they are the answer to many people's down time in sales if they want more income. I see online business as just another benefit to the flexible hours of being in a sales job because we are the perfect candidates for also making money online.

You can involve yourself with the type of business that you build slowly investing only an hour a day to start building it and as time goes by you will have an asset not unlike owning a rental property where the monthly income grows and just keeps coming in on a steady basis. It is an easy way to create another income stream that could potentially make your mortgage payment every month, pay for your family to take a vacation or just give you the financial relief that everyone could use occasionally. As in sales the sky is the limit you just have to make a leap of faith to try and speaking from experience I can tell you, without doubt you will be so glad that you did.
