So what are the challenges when it comes to getting six pack abs? The largest problem by far that we have found is that covering the abs is a mid section filled with belly fat.

I don't know if you have seen the advertisement for getting six pack abs in bed or while you are sleeping, but this really highlights the many misconceptions and misunderstandings that people can have about how to get six pack abs.
Hopefully you have not been deceived by these absolutely terrible companies, by the way I do not understand how these people can sleep at night.
The truth is when it comes to six pack abs the challenges can range very different from person to person.
1.
Determine what action is needed first.
Weight loss, diet, exercise, all out life change.
2.
Be realistic about what you need.
For example if you need to lose weight first are you really going to spend a lot of time in the gym? Life is busy most people are not going to make major life changes in a moment.
3.
Stay focused on what goal you are trying to reach at the time of the challenge.
If its weight loss then stay focused until you reach your goal then and only then up the goal you are trying to reach.
4.
Reduce the amount of carbs that you intake.
Especially from soft drinks.
5.
What ever you do be sensible and take your time if you're just starting to exercise or do fitness routines.
We want you to go in the direction of exercise and fitness just be smart and careful.
