However, before you can self-diagnose at home, you need to know the different symptoms of this condition.

First to consider is the bleeding, internal ones often bleed.
For you to distinguish it properly, you need to find traces of blood, whether in the toilet bowl, on the stools, or the toilet paper.
If there is bleeding, it is very possible that you are suffering from this condition.
On the other hand, you should also take note that bleeding can sometimes be a result of rectal cancer.

These are external hemorrhoids that have blood clots in them.
These are very painful and often times last for about a week.
However, even if it heals, there is a possibility that this type will leave skin tags that hangs out of the anus.
Aside from this, the internal ones may also protrude out of the anus.
They can sometimes be hard or soft but very noticeable.
Another thing to take note is anal discharges like liquid feces or mucus.

These are the most common symptoms a might experience when suffering from this condition.
