The Kalencom N'Orleans diaper bag tote can easily accommodate diaper changing gear, extra clothes and any work papers or supplies you might need. When you're heading out for a full day of work or play, this Kalencom diaper bag is the tote for you. You can drop off the kid (or kids -- this bag holds enough for two or three) at the babysitter's and continue to the office without missing a beat.

The downside, of course, is that it's easy to overload this Kalencom diaper bag.

It was late October before I discovered that buried at the bottom of the tote were two summer outfits and a package of Ramen.

Style: Practical and Understated

What a relief to carry a diaper bag that doesn't scream "new mommy". The Kalencom N'Orleans tote can easily make the transition from daycare to the office without raising eyebrows. Quilted sides and understated fleur-de-lis accents lend grace to the Kalencom diaper bag. These touches keep the tote from being too austere.

Functionality: Kalencom Covers the Landscape

I love that the Kalencom N’Orleans diaper bag zips closed at the top. It's a step up from totes that close with a couple of snaps and you have to worry about them tipping over and spilling out all the contents. Even so, the bag stands up on metallic feet, for easy access. You can easily toss the long straps over your shoulder, even when you've got other things to carry.

I will say that the bag is so big that it's easy to lose items inside. The two pockets on either end of the bag are narrow and deep, which can make for a struggle to dig out small items.

This is definitely the bag for an overnight at the grandparents, or even a weekend trip. It can comfortably fit a small insulated container of food or bottles, in addition to the provided bottle holder.

Features: Everything You Need

• Changing pad: Nice and large, with a carrying bag that can hold a diaper and small pack of wipes, in a pinch.
  
  
• Bottle holder: Insulated and separate. A sippy cup with handles wouldn't fit, although tall sippy cups without handles did.
  
  
• Stroller attachments: The shoulder straps are detachable so you can fasten them around the stroller handle.
  
  
• Mom's space: A Velcro fastening keeps the large exterior pocket closed while making one-handed access easy. As mentioned above, two smaller outside pockets are a bit deep for my taste.
  
  
• Interior: The black lining makes it hard to find items. Also, the 6 internal pockets are too narrow for size 5 diapers or a wipes case. I would've preferred 4 larger pockets that could each hold a couple of diapers or a spare outfit.
  
  
• Fastenings: Zipper top keeps the entire bag securely closed.
  
  
• Bottom: Four metallic feet let the bag stand on its own.
