How Insulin Operates in Terms of Fat Loss

103 9
As a former fat person, I have always had an interest in weight loss for numerous years.
My doctor first informed me that I was fat when I was seven or eight years old.
It was not until I was the age of twelve that I discovered that I could change my body.
I did all types of things in an attempt to lose weight such as different activities, sports and different diets.
I eventually learned that diets that are very low in refined carbs are fantastic for shedding weight.
This explains why: 1.
The Most Important Fat Loss Hormone In fat loss, the most important fat loss hormone is insurance.
When you don't have as much, you will burn fatter.
When you have high insulin levels, fat is kept away from turning into fuel for your body.
This is not considered a good thing.
Insulin could be considered to be the router for your metabolism.
Insulin levels handle hormones like HSL, and LPL.
This is the one that takes the fat from your fat cells so that it is burned.
When insulin increases, HSL does not have any activity.
LPL can be compared to a greet party because it brings in the latest round of fat.
LPL is considered high when insulin is high.
Insulin reacts the most when dealing with refined carbs and fruits.
Try eating 2 eggs instead of those breakfast bagels and it will ramp up your fat loss.
2.
Forced Fat Utilization Basically, your body has two types of fuel which are carbs and fat.
We will not discuss protein right now because it is not a huge player at this point.
However, your body likes to burn carbs more than fat for numerous reasons.
Less energy is required to push the energy away.
In addition, it would like to hold on to the fat stored in your body for the next time that you close in on starvation.
Substituting healthy veggies such as green beans and kale for carbs filled with starch will coerce your body into burning a greater amount of fat for fuel.
This in addition to the decreased levels of insulin that you will see after eating a low carb eating plan will really get the fat off of your body.
The really helpful thing is that in many bigger locations such as Washington DC, it is a whole lot easier to dine out and have carbs that are healthy because dining establishments will allow you to order vegetables instead of bad carbs for no charge.
3.
Increase Eating, Get Rid of Weight A very good thing about low refined carb eating programs is that you can consume similar amounts of calories and still continue to lose fat.
Another way of putting it is that you should conduct a little experiment.
Ask two dieters with identical weights, sizes, gender and level of activity to go on 2000 a day diets.
Make sure that one is on a low fat diet and the other is on a low carb diet.
You will see that the one that is on the low carb diet will lose more than seventy five to one hundred percent more weight than the other dieter.
4.
Greater Sensitivity If your body has too much weight around the midsection, then you have a high chance of being insulin insensitive.
When you are diagnosed with this disease, this is bad, but you also tend to get fatter because this keeps fat on your body.
Unfortunately, in our wonderful world of medicine, a medical condition is not taken care of until it gets extremely bad.
At that time, medical doctors want to fill you up with drugs.
However, insulin is a nutrient shepherd.
When you eat your food, it is digested and broken down into carbohydrates, fats and proteins which will go to your bloodstream.
You body will not let this type of stuff build up in your body because it will hurt you.
So it will send insulin to the rescue to take the nutrient to the other parts of your body where they should be.
There is a problem with an eating program that contains a lot of starch drenched foods or refined sugars.
Generally, there are only two places for carbohydrates to go, which are your liver/muscles to be storage as glycogen or to your fat cells.
In order for it to go to your fat cells, it has to change into fat first.
Your muscle and liver have a very small area for storing carbohydrates.
But, carbohydrates are the fuel that you need to do your everyday intensive tasks like boxing, running, stair stepping and walking.
So when you do everyday things like talking on the phone or washing dishes, you are not utilizing your carb storage.
So when insulin sends down a directive to your muscles and liver to take up the carbs, they don't listen to the directive.
They start on their journey to being insensitive.
The body on the other hand, turns up the volume so that they can hear the directive again.
The body sends out too much insulin.
But the muscles and liver are still not listening to the directive.
They are getting even more insensitive.
As time goes on, the only thing that is listening to the directive are your fat cells.
When insulin is high, the fat cells will listen.
Eliminate the flow of blood sugar from things such as sticky buns, salad dressings and cereals and this will reduce blood sugar levels.
As time goes by, with your reduced insulin levels the muscles and liver will start listening to the directives that are given to them.
They will become sensitive again to the reduced insulin levels.
You will burn more energy, get rid of more weight and hopefully, keep it off.
