Lottery Ticket (2010) - Featuring an African-American cast filled with recognizable names and faces, Lottery Ticket stars Bow Wow as a good-natured kid living in the projects with his grandmother.
When he goes to the store to buy her a lottery ticket, the clerk (T-Pain) persuades him to get one for himself.
Imagine his surprise when it turns out to be a $370 million winner.
But thanks to the 4th of July weekend, he'll have to wait three days before he can collect his winnings.
In the meantime, his whole neighborhood has learned of the win, and plenty of eccentrics come out of the woodwork to try and get a piece of the action.

The Last Airbender (2010) - While the writing and acting were something of a disappointment, kids who've watched the animated Avatar: The Last Airbender will still want to give this one a look.

Night Shyamalan, it tells the story of Aang (Noah Ringer), the 12-year-old reincarnation of a being capable of controlling all four elements of the Earth.
Along with his friends Sokka (Jackson Rathbone) and Katara (Nicola Peltz), he seeks to master his abilities and bring peace to the land.
But that doesn't fit into the plans of the ruthless Fire Nation, and Aang is constantly pursued by Commander Zhao (Aasif Mandvi) and the disgraced Prince Zuko (Dev Patel).
The first film in a planned series.
Don't Look Back (2009) - In this French thriller, Sophie Marceau stars as a wife and mother who begins to notice her appearance changing in the mirror.
Those around her simply chalk it up to fatigue, but our heroine becomes increasingly obsessed with her new form.
This culminates in a trip to Italy and a transformation into the alluring Rosa Maria (Monica Bellucci).
Disney's A Christmas Carol (2009) - Charles Dickens' classic Christmas tale is adapted using performance capture technology, and Jim Carrey plays Ebenezer Scrooge as well as the ghosts who come to teach him a lesson about the true meaning of the holidays.
Also starring Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Cary Elwes, Bob Hoskins, and Robin Wright Penn.
Going the Distance (2010) - Drew Barrymore and Justin Long generate all kinds of chemistry as a pair of thirty-somethings who meet at a bar and wind up in the sack together.
Neither one is interested in a committed relationship at first, though their feelings begin to change over time.
But what happens when a summer internship comes to an end and forces one of them to leave New York City? More intelligent and honest than most romantic comedies (thanks to a script by Geoff LaTulippe), the film boasts an excellent supporting cast including Christina Applegate, Ron Livingston, Jason Sudeikis, and Leighton Meester.
